4 Books To Motivate You to Achieve Your Goals
Like I said in the 5 Inspirational Books you need, I LOVE books that encourage personal growth. These are the kind of books to motivate you into accomplishing your goals. I’ve been going on a binge of listening to these motivational books lately (You need to check out audiobooks if you don’t think you have time to read. They’re AMAZING).
If you have a side hustle, are working on your own project, or are simply trying to succeed at work, then you need to read books to motivate you. These are my four favorite books that taught me how to set an intention, push towards my goals, and learn how to be successful. If that sounds like something you need (Especially because the New Year is here), then try reading one of these 4 books to motivate you to achieve your goals.

4 Books To Motivate You to Achieve Your Goals:
Imagine Big by Terri Savelle Foy
When what you see in your imagination is bigger than what you see in your reality, you will begin to attract the ideas, opportunities, resources, faith and relationships necessary to pursue those dreams
This book was given to me by a mentor and I have been so thankful for reading this. Terri Savelle Foy teaches you the basic principles of imagining your life to be something greater. She’s the reason I have a vision board and a dream journal–all so I can visualize my goals every day. I have also listened to her motivational talks on Youtube and have been inspired by her EVEN more! This is an amazing book that really has you believe in yourself and your goals.
The Secret by Rhonda Byrne
You become what you think about most. But you also attract what you think about most.
My main thought when listening to this book (I only had the audio version) was “WOAH!”. Literally, EVERYTHING that Rhonda Byrne said seemed amazing to me. She taught me how to change my thinking and that my world–your world, too–is completely controlled by how I think. She explained that the power of thought is the ultimate guide to getting EXACTLY what we want. This is a powerful motivational book!
Act like a Success, Think like a Success by Steve Harvey
The only thing standing between you and your goal is the bullshit story you keep telling yourself as to why you can’t achieve it.
This was one of the motivational books my mom gave me (She absolutely LOVES everything that Steve Harvey does). But this book has so much AMAZING content that I am happy she gave it to me. Steve Harvey taught me all about my gift and how I need to get out of my own way so that I can actually achieve success. He talks in a straight-forward manner with humor, which is great for books to motivate you!
Jump by Steve Harvey
You cannot just exist in this life. You have got to try to live. If you are waking up thinking there has got to be more to your life than there is, man believe that there is. But to get to that life, you’re gonna have to jump.
More practical advice from my man, Steve Harvey. I don’t think he’s ever written a book I didn’t like. This book stems from that AWESOME clip in Family Feud (Watch the motivational video here. You will love it!). This book is different than the last one because it pushes you to actually take the step into doing something great. Steve Harvey decided he wanted to be a comic, so he walked into work and quit his job to follow his dream. We don’t need to do something rash like quit our jobs tomorrow to jump. We just need to be willing to make the steps that will allow us to be true to our gifts.

I hope you use these books to motivate you to achieve your goals. Don’t just coast through life. Make a decision to live it to the fullest! I would love to know if there are any other motivational books that you love to read. Post a comment below!
